Job Summary
Conduct clinical supervision and deliver individual and couples therapy for adult, child, and adolescent populations in outpatient settings across Sammamish, WA. Manage licensed therapists as a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) while providing evidence-based, medically driven treatment in both in-person and telemedicine environments. Work Monday through Friday with flexible, hybrid, or full in-office options, including optional weekend coverage. Earn a competitive, uncapped compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 based on productivity, supported by a sign-on bonus, malpractice insurance, and a 4% 401K match. Required Qualifications
- Fully Licensed in Washington State as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
- Must be a Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and or couples therapy
