Job Summary
Provide direct clinical supervision to assigned clinicians, including LMSWs, LMHCs, and LCAT, and facilitate weekly supervision meetings to support clinical growth and risk management. Oversee clinical documentation and treatment plans to ensure compliance with OMH regulations and HSSV policies while monitoring staff productivity and client engagement targets using EHR data. Collaborate with QA/QI teams to address performance issues, coordinate with intake teams for new client assignments, and assist with scheduling and caseload distribution. Identify and escalate high-risk clinical or operational issues to leadership and participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and internal audits. Ensure services align with HIPAA, Justice Center guidelines, and organizational standards while supporting licensure attainment and professional development for staff.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (LCSW required)
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based modalities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, integrated behavioral health, and culturally competent service delivery
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing program needs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience with EHR systems, productivity management, and quality improvement preferred
