Clinical Supervisor- LCSW

Job Summary
Conduct weekly clinical and task supervision for Home and Community Based services staff, managing direct care teams and implementing in-home treatment plans. Complete intake assessments, review treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record, and model case opening processes including initial home visits. Carry a small caseload while supporting new staff through orientation via coaching and mentoring. Requires LCSW licensure, Master's degree, and minimum two years supervising clinicians for youth behavioral health needs. Hybrid work schedule available with Summer Fun Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
- Independent NY state licensure is required for this role LCSW
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Access to secure internet required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
