Job Summary
Conduct clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff delivering strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes. Manage direct care teams while overseeing the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans, and carry a small caseload. Complete intake assessments, review treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record, and provide weekly clinical and task supervision. Support new staff through orientation by modeling and coaching, and demonstrate the process of opening new cases including initial home visits. Requires LCSW licensure, master's degree, and minimum two years supervising clinicians for children and families. Hybrid schedule available with Summer Fun Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
- Independent NY state licensure is required for this role LCSW
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Access to secure internet
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
