Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff delivering strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes. Manage direct care teams by completing intake assessments, reviewing treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record, and providing weekly clinical and task supervision. Model case opening processes and coach new staff through orientation while carrying a small caseload. Requires LCSW licensure, minimum two years supervising clinicians in home/community settings, and proficiency with supervision and case management fundamentals. Hybrid work schedule available with Summer Fun Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field
- Independent NY state licensure is required for this role LCSW
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Access to secure internet required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
