Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff delivering strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes. Manage direct care teams while overseeing the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans, including completing intake assessments, reviewing treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record, and modeling case opening processes. Carry a small caseload and support new staff through orientation by coaching and modeling initial home visits. This role requires an LCSW with at least two years of supervisory experience in child and youth behavioral health settings. Hybrid work is available, and the position includes a summer schedule with early Friday closures from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
- Independent NY state licensure is required for this role LCSW
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Access to secure internet
