Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor/Team Leader for the Youth ACT Team, directing and supervising staff, providing clinical direction on individual cases, and delivering direct services to a small caseload within a mobile Rockland County setting. The role includes leading team meetings, overseeing program planning and service delivery, ensuring fidelity to the Youth ACT model, and upholding trauma-informed, person-centered approaches. The position supports staff development through weekly clinical supervision, requires licensing near LCSW and supervisory experience, and emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Hybrid work arrangements are available subject to program needs and location considerations.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW or LMSW close to receiving LCSW
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- CANS-NY Training and annual certification
- Trauma-informed and Motivational Interviewing approaches
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications

- CANS-NY training and annual certification
- experience with Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed approaches
- familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems
