Job Summary
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical and peer support staff while leading bilingual clinical service delivery aligned with culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices. Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and compliance with state and federal standards, ensuring staff receive required supervision hours and support professional development. Coordinate interdisciplinary care across mental health, addiction services, case management, housing, and community support systems, and participate in program quality improvement and performance review processes. Support crisis response and clinical risk management, delivering direct client services when needed to model evidence-based care. This leadership role blends program oversight, clinical supervision, and collaborative leadership within a culturally grounded program serving Spanish-speaking adults and families experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges.
Required Qualifications
- QMHP
- CSWA
- LCSW
- LPC
- LMFT
- CADC-II
- CADC-I with ability to obtain CADC-II within 12 months
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check, TB test, and drug screen
- Valid driver's license & acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years providing SUD services
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience (or demonstrated internal leadership)
- 2+ years post-graduate behavioral health experience
