CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (LABOR & DELIVERY) (PART TIME)

Plan and provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners. Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members and direct nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes. Oversee and guide employees under supervision while demonstrating Service Excellence standards. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, ensuring patient-centered care aligns with facility vision and goals. Requires BSN degree, one-year full-time or three-part-time acute care specialty nursing experience, and preferred one-to-three years of supervisory experience.
