Job Summary
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to unlicensed staff in adherence with BBS and Medi-Cal requirements. Review clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance with agency and state mandates. Oversee screening, intake processes, and program enrollment while maintaining appropriate databases. Lead clinical crisis assessments at housing sites and participate in quality assurance activities to drive service improvements. Assist the Program Director in distributing caseloads, developing staff training needs, and completing required reporting to the LA County Department of Mental Health. Monitor productivity goals to ensure staff spend a minimum of 65% of time in direct service provision.
Required Qualifications
- Active, current license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC registered with the CA BBS
- Minimum two years' experience working with those living with mental illness and/or substance addictions, and homelessness post-licensure
- Strong working knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation and requirements
- Outstanding clinical and strong team-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and database applications
- Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Able to learn quickly and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and with minimal supervision
- Able to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification

- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
