Job Summary
Provide individual and group clinical supervision, mentor clinicians, and review co-sign documentation to ensure high-quality care. Maintain an outpatient therapy caseload delivering trauma-informed therapy to children and families while utilizing Experiential Play Therapy. Support case consultation, treatment planning, ethical decision-making, and crisis intervention. Assist with onboarding new clinicians and interns, identify staff development opportunities, and participate in clinical operations meetings. Ensure compliance with agency, Medicaid, licensing, and ethical standards while supporting quality improvement initiatives. This role requires a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in New Mexico with at least one year of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current LCSW license in New Mexico
- Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in New Mexico
- Minimum 1 year of clinical supervisory experience supervising licensed or provisionally licensed therapists
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensure outpatient therapy experience with children and families
- Experience mentoring and developing clinicians
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supervising behavioral health teams
- Medicaid behavioral health experience
- Experience providing clinician training
- Play therapy experience or willingness to complete EPT training
