Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor – Infant Mental Health oversees the caseload of direct reports, reviews cases, orients and trains new staff, and ensures Medicaid/DCH-compliant documentation and procedures. The role requires leading staff meetings, monitoring case records, and coordinating referrals to community agencies to support effective treatment. Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with a Masters-level credential and experience in pediatric/infant mental health settings. The position supports hybrid work arrangements at Center Line, Clinton Township, and Center Line locations in Michigan, with a focus on providing supervision, service quality, and staff development within the Easterseals MORC program.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- clinical supervision experience
- ability to supervise caseload of direct reports
- experience with Medicaid & DCH guidelines
- ability to orient/train/develop staff
- strong case management and documentation skills
