Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily activities of the department, shift, or area, setting the tone for positive leadership behavior. Ensure individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully to support departmental and organizational goals. Maintain active State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse licensure and hold Basic Life Support/CPR certification. This role is located at the FPG OB/GYN office on Rand Blvd within the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System.
Required Qualifications
- two (2) years of healthcare experience
- graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date
- active State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Desired Qualifications
- two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or physician office setting
