Job Summary
Oversee daily activities of the department, shift, or area while modeling positive leadership behavior to ensure tasks and projects are completed successfully. Provide accountability and supervision for individual and teamwork responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals. Maintain active State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure and hold Basic Life Support/CPR certification, which must be obtained within thirty days of hire. This role is located at the FPG OB/GYN office on Rand Blvd and requires two years of healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- two (2) years of healthcare experience
- graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date
- active State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Desired Qualifications
- two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or physician office setting
