Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical staff of substance use disorder treatment programs, providing supervision to therapists, counselors, and case managers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Collaborates with organizational leaders to maintain program quality and regulatory compliance; manages a partial caseload and monitors clinical documentation for accuracy and standards. Requires a licensed clinician with leadership experience and expertise in evidence-based modalities (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care); familiarity with EHRs; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in addiction treatment or related field
- 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in behavioral health setting
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care)
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
