Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor at Comunilife Inc. is primarily responsible for supervising and training case management staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Key duties include overseeing mental health and substance use disorder services, coordinating support for obtaining public benefits, maintaining quality improvement documentation, and conducting team case conferences. Candidates must hold an LMSW or LCSW and have 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and experience with diverse service delivery related to HIV/AIDS and substance abuse are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Master’s of Social Work (LMSW) or New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Two (2) to five (5) years’ supervisory work experience, overseeing a case management team
Desired Qualifications
- Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling (CASAC-T or CASAC) is a plus
- Strong administrative and social service delivery or related experience
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating, monitoring and improving quality of services
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in providing direct services related to the treatment and recovery of persons with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, serious mental illness, and homelessness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and Google product suites
- Ability to perform and manage in a team approach; excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complex challenges and balance multiple demands on time and attention
- Ability and willingness to perform all duties as workload necessitates
