Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor in the outpatient Child and Family Department in Tumwater, WA. Responsibilities include supervision of clinical staff and interns, training employees, planning and directing work, assisting with hiring and staff evaluations, enforcing contract compliance, maintaining a small caseload for direct client care, and other duties as needed. Eligible for a monthly retention incentive in addition to base pay; comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences
- At least 5 years of clinical practice and management experience
- Mental Health Professional; certification as a minority Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC
- Must meet the state clinical supervisor requirement
- LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or other related licensure
