Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor for the outpatient Behavioral Health Department in Tumwater, WA. Oversees clinical staff and intern supervision, participates in hiring and staff evaluations, ensures compliance with BHO, DBHR, and TJC requirements, provides clinical supervision to mental health staff, and maintains integration of care across primary care and behavioral health services. Requires a Master's degree in counseling or related field, at least 5 years of clinical and management experience, and licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LSW or equivalent). Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Includes direct patient care in a small caseload and potential monthly retention incentive; full-time schedule with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences
- At least 5 years of clinical practice and management experience
- Must meet the state clinical supervisor requirement
- LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or another related licensure required
