Job Summary
Oversee clinical operations by providing supervision to staff, managing caseloads, conducting one-on-one sessions, and supporting crisis interventions. Ensure high-quality service delivery through clinical documentation reviews, authorization management, and adherence to regulatory and COA accreditation standards. Drive program growth by assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, budgeting, and strategic planning while leading team meetings and coordinating with community partners. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and performance monitoring to maintain compliance. This role blends leadership, administrative oversight, and direct service within a Georgia-based behavioral health provider serving children and families facing trauma and instability.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy
- At least two years' experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.)
