Job Summary
Lead clinical care and supervision in an ABA therapy classroom, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, ensuring programs are implemented with fidelity, and guiding data-driven decisions. Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs and Behavior Therapists, oversee staff training and competency development, monitor staff certification timelines, and promote ethical practice and confidentiality. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, oversee daily classroom operations, and support clinical outcomes toward RBT certification and program excellence. Hybrid in-person/remote leadership role with focus on BACB standards and ethical, data-informed programming to improve outcomes for children with ASD in a center-based ABA setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff
- Experience working with children with ASD in early childhood or classroom settings (preferred)
- Strong leadership, training, and staff development skills
