Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to case managers, social workers, and interns to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to professional standards. Oversee assessment, service planning, and implementation of individualized plans of care for residents with mental health, behavioral health, and co-occurring disorders. Review resident records for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with HUD, agency, and regulatory requirements. Respond to and support crises involving psychiatric instability, substance use relapse, or resident safety concerns while promoting trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices. Train staff on behavioral health best practices, crisis intervention, and documentation standards. Collaborate with landlords, hospitals, and community agencies to coordinate care and stabilize residents. Track clinical trends and service outcomes to recommend continuous quality improvement. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and HUD requirements. Provide support during evenings, weekends, or emergencies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Florida clinical licensure, such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or other appropriate unrestricted license
- Demonstrated experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness, substance use disorders, trauma histories, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring conditions
- Experience developing Continuum of Care Plans, conducting clinical assessments, supervising staff, and managing crisis intervention in community-based or residential environments
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in supportive housing, homelessness services, residential treatment, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or a related human services setting
- Knowledge of HUD-supported housing principles, housing first practices, community resources, documentation requirements, and service coordination standards
