Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor oversees shift nursing care in the pediatric emergency setting, coordinates a multidisciplinary team to obtain safe, optimal health care outcomes, provides professional leadership and supervision to staff, and anchors patient-centered care delivery in a hospital environment. Requires BSN, an active RN license (Nevada), BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP or equivalent, and supervisory experience in acute care nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN Required.
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
- Current BLS Certification.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).
- One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of one-year full time or three years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
