Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Active license in the State of Utah as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist
- Two years of post-licensure work experience, for a minimum total of four years of post-graduate practice
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in both substance abuse and mental health
- Previous experience as a supervisor
