Job Summary
Conduct clinical supervision for assigned therapists and interns, including weekly or bi-weekly reviews, performance evaluations, and disciplinary consultations. Manage daily clinical operations by reviewing and approving documentation, monitoring treatment plan compliance, and addressing payer or consumer complaints. Lead team meetings to communicate organizational goals, oversee caseload productivity, and coordinate scheduling within the electronic records system. Serve on agency committees, provide new hire instruction, and assist with intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, HIPAA compliance, and organizational policies while maintaining professional licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience doing therapy
- At least three years of professional experience in clinical supervision
- Flexibility in days and hours available for work including weekends
- Ability to adhere to the professional code of ethics
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with the State Mental Health Code
