Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor Extender - LPN for STAT Home Health. Responsible for coordinating patient care activities and supervising clinical operations, including Review Coordination Notes, handling DME orders, taking orders, labs and lab tracking, answering clinical questions from patients and staff, maintaining supply inventory, and scheduling visits for clinicians. Requires active LPN license in Arkansas, with Home Health experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements; leadership in direct patient care and scheduling experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in Arkansas
- Home Health experience with strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Direct patient care service leadership experience
- Home Health scheduling experience preferred
