Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor Extender - LPN provides leadership in home health care, reviews coordination notes, handles DME orders, schedules visits for clinicians, tracks labs, answers clinical questions from patients and staff, maintains supply inventory, and ensures regulatory compliance. Requires an LPN license in Arkansas, home health experience, and direct patient care leadership. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in Arkansas
