Job Summary
Review coordination notes, handle DME orders, take orders, and track labs. Answer clinical questions from patients and staff, maintain supply inventory, and schedule visits for clinicians. Requires an Arkansas-licensed LPN with home health experience, regulatory knowledge, and patient care leadership skills. Full-time role with ESOP, competitive pay, health benefits, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Arkansas
- Home Health experience with strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Direct patient care service leadership experience
