Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor to supervise clinical staff and ensure quality outpatient services within an Opioid Treatment Program. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and CARF standards, maintaining ethical and professional conduct, reviewing discharge paperwork and treatment documents, conducting chart audits, assessing level of care, conducting treatment plan reviews, annual reviews, coordinating orientation and training, supervising clinical staff, maintaining supervision logs, providing crisis intervention, liaising with the community, and supporting the clinic's operations with occasional overnight travel. Requires licensure or certification as a Clinical Supervisor per state requirements and strong communication, leadership, training, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
