Clinical Supervisor - Emergency Department, Evenings

Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure consistent supervision of staff in the Emergency Department. Conduct triage, medical screening exams, and treatment planning for patients, including managing critically ill cases and administering appropriate drug therapy. Oversee patient discharge education and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, paramedics, and support staff. Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and hold valid RN licensure and BCLS certification. Work within a Level III trauma center and recently added Cardiac Observation Unit, supporting over 75,000 annual visits across 59 beds with a 3/4:1 patient-to-RN ratio.
