Clinical Supervisor CVICU 3E Nights

Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care and ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum. Ensure units are appropriately staffed for patient care and proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues with the Staffing Office. Hold direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to direct patient care staff while encouraging co-workers through recognition and personal connection. Participate in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. Requires current RN license, 3-5 years of hospital experience, and ACLS/ENPC or PALS certification.
