Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care and ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum, while ensuring units are appropriately staffed for patient care. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office. Lead by modeling professional standards and servant leadership, providing mentorship and guidance to direct patient care providers. Hold care providers accountable for adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines, and participate in the evaluation process as directed by the Clinical Manager. Maintain current RN licensure and relevant certifications including ACLS, ENPC, or PALS.
