Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care by collaborating with physicians, administrative personnel, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in coordination with the Staffing Office while verifying unit staffing levels. Model professional standards and servant leadership by providing mentorship, guidance, and recognition to direct patient care providers. Hold clinical staff accountable for adherence to policy, regulatory guidelines, and Mercy Service Standards during the evaluation process. Requires current RN license, 3-5 years of hospital experience, and ACLS/ENPC or PALS certification.
