Clinical Supervisor

Provide direct clinical supervision and training to counseling staff; manage day-to-day program operations; oversee intake, assessment, and development of treatment plans; supervise and support counselors, conduct group and individual counseling, and coordinate training opportunities; supervise data collection, quality improvement activities, and reporting; maintain relationships with referring agencies, participate in IDOC quality reviews, and ensure compliance with CFR 42 Part II and HIPAA; coordinate development of treatment modules and ancillary services (testing, crisis intervention, referrals); ensure confidentiality and professional conduct; require LICPC/LCPC with CADC and relevant certifications, Masters degree, and experience with substance abuse offender or MISA populations; oversee and participate in program orientation, case management, and community outreach; manage client files and documentation in line with agency policies; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; willingness to work in institutional setting with potential outdoor activities.
