Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor oversees a clinical team of 10 Rehabilitation Specialists, a Nurse, and part-time Psychiatrist, managing 100-125 consumers. Responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of the Assertive Community Treatment model, drafting and revising Individual Recovery Plans, ensuring compliance with documentation and billing, and providing technical supervision. The role requires conducting daily team meetings, supervising staff, facilitating training for Rehabilitation Specialists, and adhering to organizational policies. A Master’s degree in a relevant field and a DC licensure are required, along with strong supervisory experience and knowledge in mental health practice.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology or relevant human services discipline
- Active LICSW, LPC, Psy.D. Licensure in DC required
- 2 years supervisory experience in related field strongly preferred

- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of mental health principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in different forms
- Ability to understand complex clinical concepts and interventions
