Clinical Supervisor - CBHC, Adult Team

Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions. Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions while overseeing ongoing symptom assessment and treatment plan completion. Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviors, always keeping the individual at the center of care. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, a Massachusetts clinical license, and experience with adults with severe mental illness. Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with an annual salary of $85,000–$90,000 USD.
