Clinical Supervisor - Case Management

Job Summary
Assign and supervise the caseload of direct reports staff, assisting with efficient management and conducting meetings to review strengths, outcomes, and problem areas. Monitor case records, ensure paperwork adheres to Medicaid and DCH guidelines, and direct referrals to community agencies. Orient, train, and develop new staff while improving their professional skills through seminars and updates on current legislation. Review cases to evaluate service effectiveness and maintain accurate histories. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with appropriate licensure and three years of full-time casework experience including leadership. Full-time role with benefits including dental, vision, 401K, and PSLF eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work
- LMSW from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling
- License as a professional counselor (LPC) from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services
- Qualifications of a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and/or Mental Health Professional (MHP) per the Michigan PIHP/CMHSP Provider Qualifications per Medicaid Services
- At least three (3) years of full-time casework experience
- One year in a leadership role
