Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance to therapists and clinicians while reviewing treatment plans and documentation for quality and compliance. Assist staff in managing complex cases and treatment strategies, and support training, mentoring, and professional development to maintain high standards of care. Ensure all clinical services meet regulatory and ethical standards while contributing to program improvement and service development. Requires an active Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW or LMHC) and a master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
