Job Summary
Provide clinical services to outpatient adults, children, and adolescents, including assessment, treatment planning, triage, and individual or group therapy. Deliver clinical supervision for both unlicensed and licensed staff, conducting monthly 1:1 sessions via telehealth or in person, auditing charts, and documenting all interactions. Liaise with external service providers such as courts, schools, and case managers to achieve treatment goals while maintaining strict adherence to VBHCS standards and laws. Communicate regularly with senior leadership, prepare monthly reports, and participate in quality improvement and technical advisory groups. Candidates must reside in the Middle Tennessee area and hold a Master's degree with at least three years of licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the Middle Tennessee area
- Agrees to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including VBHCS Standards of Conduct and VBHCS Policies and Procedures
- Licensed for at least 3 years
- Completed all training and certification for supervision
- Must retain this certification while employed in this position
- Must have Master's Degree in Behavioral Health field
- Must be licensed
- Experience in outpatient therapy with various populations
- Current active licensure with the State of Tennessee
- Specialized training in counseling and psychotherapy
- Familiar in models such as Brief Cognitive Therapy, EMDR, Brief Solution Focused, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and group therapy
