Job Summary
Supervise counseling staff, deliver direct services to youth and adult clients, and ensure accurate completion of supervision logs, timesheets, and intervention documentation. Facilitate positive staff support networks, develop training opportunities, and coach interns on electronic health record requirements. Carry out agency policies, model professional communication, and represent the organization to the community while maintaining cultural sensitivity and ethical standards. Requires LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensure in Oregon, clinical supervision certification, and QMHP. Offers 37.5 hourly rate, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, 403(b) matching, and up to four weeks of paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, clinical social work, or related field
- Two years of advanced postgraduate training in at least one theoretical/practical treatment approach and experience in outpatient mental health counseling, or inpatient levels of care, and experience in client chart maintenance
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the State of Oregon, Clinical Supervision Certification, and QMHP are required upon start
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers
- Adheres to and applies established operational processes in a timely, appropriate way
- Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle
- Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations
- Moves equipment/materials weighing up to 15 pounds
- Travels between worksites frequently
- Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, institutions of higher education and faith-based settings such as churches
- Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program
