Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor will provide weekly supervision and co-facilitate bi-weekly group supervision within the Outpatient Clinic. Key responsibilities include interviewing for clinical staff, evaluating staff performance, implementing agency policies and procedures, and ensuring quality standards for treatment plans. The role requires oversight of documentation and adherence to agency and government training requirements. Candidates must hold a relevant master's degree and be independently licensed in Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed in Massachusetts in a mental health field (LMHC, LICSW, LADCI, LMFT)
- Possess a master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university
- Must have a driver’s license

- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solving
- Demonstrated communications, administrative and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies: School Dept., DCF, DYS, Juvenile Court, etc.
