Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision to Level 1 and Level 2 Behavioral Intervention Specialists and direct practice clinicians across agency settings. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop Behavior Support Plans, and oversee implementation of restrictive or intrusive interventions. Deliver training, modeling, and coaching to stakeholders while monitoring intervention outcomes and revising approaches as needed. Evaluate clinical competencies, address ethical issues, and support professional development for clinicians pursuing New York State licensure. Collaborate with treatment teams, families, and multidisciplinary providers to maximize person-centered approaches. Manage work-related issues and ensure compliance with agency policies. Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, with a salary range of $62,353.20 to $70,000.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- at least five years of clinical experience
- specialized training or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
