Job Summary
Provide direct and clinical supervision to program staff, assigning counselor caseloads and overseeing group schedules and psycho-educational groups. Conduct assessments and chart reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with DPH standards, while monitoring treatment plans, progress notes, and service coordination. Facilitate clinical staff and weekly treatment team meetings, assist with employee evaluations, and maintain individual and staff caseload management. Maintain clinical licensure and continuing education requirements. This role supports the Program Director in maintaining direct service productivity and ensures adherence to BHN's culturally responsive behavioral health care mission across Orange and Greenfield, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in related field
- Licensed (LMHC, LICSW)
- At least three years of experience in the Human Services field
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnoses
- Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations
- This position will be evenly split between Orange and Greenfield, MA
