Job Summary
Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and deliver parent training while maintaining 30 billable hours per week. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors within a pod model to ensure clinical consistency. Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development. Work in-person at a center-based ABA facility in Council Bluffs, IA, with two remote days weekly. The role offers a base salary of $85–$95K, up to $6,000 in annual performance bonuses, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a relevant master's or doctoral degree. Accel Therapies supports professional growth through CEU reimbursement and academic collaborations.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Master's or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
