Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

Part-time Hybrid Clinical Supervisor/BCBA in Lowell, MA. Conduct initial assessments in person, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians (approximately 50% in person). Lead Functional Behavior Assessments/Functional Analyses, monitor progress with data, and provide caregiver and family instruction grounded in ABA. Role includes in-home ABA therapy support, collaboration with families, and a mix of in-person and remote clinical responsibilities, with initial assessments conducted in person and flexible scheduling. Competitive hourly rate and sign-on bonus after six months.
