Job Summary
Directly work with children with autism using ABA/VB approaches while supervising staff implementing ABA programs. Conduct language-based assessments, functional assessments, and develop behavior intervention plans and acquisition programs. Train caregivers and staff, then monitor progress to make data-based treatment decisions. Full-time role with competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and performance bonuses. Located in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- eligible to sit for the exam within the next two months
- one year of supervised experience in ABA program development and implementation
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
