Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) responsible for developing individualized client programs for ages 14 months and older in natural settings, supervising treatment plan implementation and effectiveness by direct care teams, providing feedback and training to BT staff, interns, mid-level supervisors, and parents, and conducting RBT competency assessments in alignment with BACB requirements. Collaborates with the chief clinical officer, leads quarterly clinical updates, and contributes to staff development and leadership activities within an ABA-focused agency serving ASD and related developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Immediately Eligible Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Three years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting
- Ability to supervise and provide training to staff, interns, and parents in naturalistic settings
- Ability to conduct RBT competency assessments and supervision within BACB requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Participation in interviews, trainings, and dissemination of research/clinical updates
