Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Lead the clinical work with BCBA oversight: supervise clients and staff weekly, mentor RBTs and Case Managers, oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional, and maintain high-quality documentation and clinical standards. Bring active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology or related field, plus 2+ years supervising clinical staff. Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET) and a valid CA driver’s license with insurance are required; CPR certification and immunization records with a background check upon hire. Compensation includes hourly rate ($45-$60) with full benefits for full-time, plus company-issued equipment and a comprehensive benefits package. Location is Antioch, CA with remote administrative flexibility.
