Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and developmental skills assessments like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP to develop individualized treatment objectives. Supervise Program Managers and RBTs to ensure minimum billable hours, providing direct observation, protocol modifications, and performance feedback in compliance with BACB standards. Deliver Behavior Skills Training to teachers, technicians, and parents while collaborating with school personnel on IEP meetings and behavioral recommendations. Maintain consistent clinical oversight across assigned client cases to optimize independence and quality of life for families with autism spectrum disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- BCBA certified
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
- Excellent written and spoken communication: Clear language, accurate grammar and spelling
- Excellent time management skills: Understands how to allocate working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and with colleagues, and cultivates rapport between clinical team and client family
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills valued, Spanish preferred
