Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor responsible for all clinical aspects of ABA treatment for patients under supervision, including assessment and analysis of skills and challenging behaviors, development and ongoing adjustment of treatment plans, and collaboration with caregivers. Oversees implementation of treatment, provides coaching and training to behavioral technicians, and conducts ongoing supervision across settings (CARD center, patient homes, schools, community, and telehealth). Maintains documentation, ensures HIPAA compliance, coordinates care with other professionals, and communicates treatment responses to caregivers and payers. Requires Masters in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and prior ASD experience. Role involves leading supervision hours, achieving 100% treatment adherence monthly, and fulfilling at least 120 payable hours per month. Opportunities for onsite, hybrid, and fully remote work with potential relocation assistance up to $10,000."
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required
