Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) with a Master’s degree and BCBA certification oversees clinical treatment for patients, develops and updates treatment plans, supervises and coaches behavioral technicians, collaborates with caregivers, and coordinates care across settings (center, home, school, community, telehealth). Responsibilities include data collection/analysis, evaluating skill deficits and behaviors, ensuring 100% supervisory treatment adherence, documentation, HIPAA compliance, and engaging with payers for funding/IEP processes. Requires master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification; salary range $78k–$118k; relocation assistance up to $10,000; full-time exempt position with opportunities for onsite, hybrid, or telehealth work within California.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required
